Lovely place! So clean and staff is very friendly. I haven't been to the dentist in years and was expecting quite a bit of discomfort but Donna was so soft and and gentle. Almost little to no pain! She goes everything and explains and helps with any questions or concerns. Highly recommend. My teeth have never felt so clean and smooth.

I had a disappointing experience at this dental office recently due to both billing concerns and the quality of care I received. First, I was almost charged over $1,000 for a crown procedure I wasn’t scheduled for, on top of my planned fillings. Thankfully, I asked for clarification before paying and discovered that the charge was incorrect. When I questioned it, I was given an unclear response that didn’t align with my previous discussions about my treatment plan with the same individual that manages billing and confirmed my amount days prior. This office is adamant about billing - even weeks ahead of schedule so I was prepared and asked the right questions leading up to my appointment. The day before said appointment I received an updated bill for services I had no idea about. Transparent billing is important, and this experience left me feeling uneasy. The woman that manages billing knew she was wrong. Fast forward to my procedure, I experienced several issues. One of my front teeth was visibly chipped afterward, likely from a drill. When I brought this up to the hygienist, she initially dismissed it, blaming the bite paper and even trying to wipe it away. When I insisted that the tooth was damaged, she had no real response and quickly shifted the conversation to scheduling additional procedures instead of addressing the issue and giving me no solutions or access to the doctor who immediately disappeared before I could even get saliva out of my mouth. Additionally, I had informed the staff before my appointment that I was experiencing sinus congestion, had a lot of phlegm, and might need to take breaks to clear my throat. I was told it wouldn’t be an issue and that I could simply raise my finger if I needed a moment. However, once the procedure started, I was extremely uncomfortable. They used multiple accessories in my mouth, including a bite block and other tools that restricted my ability to breathe properly. At one point, I had phlegm stuck in my throat and couldn’t breathe, but when I signaled my discomfort, the doctor was dismissive and responded sarcastically asking me to “speak” when I had my mouth literally filled with devices and phlegm in my throat, instead of offering assistance, he told me I couldn’t remove the device in my mouth and then was upset when I had to remove it for the sake of being able to simply breathe… The assisting hygienist also seemed inattentive throughout the procedure. She splashed water on my face several times without cleaning it up, and was not proactive in suctioning, leaving me to do it myself. This added to the overall discomfort of the experience. From start to finish, this visit did not meet my expectations in terms of professionalism, attentiveness, or patient care. Not only do I now need to find another provider to address the damage to my tooth, but I will also be transferring my children elsewhere. I hope this feedback helps and people are aware of their unethical and poor billing practices.

I scheduled an appointment specifically for a dental cleaning, yet upon arrival, I was subjected to X-rays and 3D imaging—only to then be told that no hygienist was available. This was an early morning appointment, and at no point during scheduling was I informed that the very service I requested would not be provided. It quickly became evident that they never intended to perform the cleaning in the first place. To make matters worse, they promised a treatment quote but never followed through on the day of the appointment. The lack of transparency and professionalism was appalling. Their behavior strongly suggested that they made assumptions about our ability to pay, which is not only insulting but completely unacceptable. Adding to the disarray, there was no clarity on who was actually providing the service. Sat in the chair as multiple staff members stood around like spectators, with no clear direction on who was responsible for what. Felt like an invasion of our privacy. The entire experience was chaotic and unprofessional. Because of this, I will continue driving an hour away where I know I we will receive honest, competent, and ethical dental care. This office wasted my valuable time and demonstrated a complete disregard for patient respect and professionalism. Would leave 0 stars if I could. Now I understand why their text message notification reminder reads as follows: “This is to make sure you do not stand us up on our teeth date”. I’m certain a lot of people do leave them hanging on teeth dates! I would strongly advise against trusting them with your dental care. Horrible experience.

Ethos was amazing! Not only a very clean office but the entire staff was very friendly! I went in for a problem with my tooth, and they were able to pull it the same day. Absolutely no pain at all! I will be recommending them to everyone I know. Truly a great, low stress, and very friendly dental facility!
